MANNERS ONE: 5 weeks
Next session begins 9/9/2023 / 10 AM - 11 AM Get started learning the fundamentals of obedience training with your dog. Learn basic commands and build the foundation for important life skills, such as loose leash walking, polite greeting manners, how to settle on command, and more! Manners One will help you build and reinforce engagement with your dog. Appropriate for dogs at least 5 months old. |
MANNERS TWO: 5 weeks
Next session TBA Our manners 2 class will strengthen everything you learned in the beginners manners class. The core knowledge you gained will be expanded on with new skills like working away from you/at a distance, back end awareness, increasing stay strength and duration, impulse control, and much more. |
PUPPY: 4 weeks
Next session begins 9/9/2023 / 11 AM - 12 PM Perfect if you have a new puppy in the house, or if you're struggling with a younger dog. Class focuses on confidence building and discusses the ins and outs of proper socialization. Learn core skills like crate training, stationing/mat work, housetraining, and how to incorporate training into your every day life with your puppy. Appropriate for dogs 10 weeks to 5 months of age. |
GO SNIFF : 4 weeks
Next session TBA A perfect way to work more brain games and mental enrichment into your dog's life! Help you teach your dog how to use their nose, how to put it on cue, and how to utilize your new skills at home and out in the world! Sniff work lowers stress levels, builds confidence, and gives your dog a job to do; something many dogs benefit from. |
Christy Grossman is certified through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC-ADT). She follows LIMA philosophy (least intrusive, minimally aversive) and is also a dog bite prevention educator through Doggone Safe. She is a fear free certified professional who helps enrich the lives of dogs at Pabby's every day! Christy runs our enrichment center, but also helps us on our day to day daycare and boarding operations, evaluating dogs and making matches in our daycare groups.
